数字客户网络策略对酒店业务的影响

新的数字时代是高度改变和影响了酒店业。客户满意度影响未来业务和客户网络是从数字平台。数字客户网络影响消费者认知、态度和购买决策。然而,这些数字客户网络应用策略来提高销售,降低成本,并通过客户建立忠诚关系访问、连接、参与和协作。目前研究光滑的评估数字客户网络的影响对酒店业务的策略。为此,进行了探索性研究,通过访谈,使用远程视频会议,2020年7月五总经理附近五个不同的酒店位于葡萄牙。研究表明,现在的数字实际上是将利益相关者做生意的方式,创新、工作和合作。它还补充说,在未来的这种影响会更高,要求准确的关注数字酒店管理和公司的策略。事实上,研究表明,数字营销提高顾客服务,它是更便宜,更有效地达到市场和消费者。社会媒体促进了酒店的形象和品牌,但它也能很快地把它变黑。 The SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy is impactful and if wisely managed, it can have a long-lasting impact with free-of-cost and an attractive website. The website helps the business to get to know about its customers and represents the major operations of the hotel.
