本研究的目的在于发展的概念模型来优化作业人员和工作站之间的手工装配过程。这个模型计划满足客户需求的前提下工人的健康。职业发展的风险度量工具是紧迫和必要的预防健康问题的工作团队。员工经理应该建立适当的可用作业的特点和现有资源完成任务效率的前提下,安全,健康。自由生活与工作有关的肌肉骨骼疾病,可以扩展职业生涯的长度和活跃的工人的数量。因此,工业管理者需要从不同的科学领域知识集成到他们的决策过程。他们需要识别、指定和集中精力的变化描述生产系统(如布局,工作负载、周期时间、职业病),并按照人口的发展变化,为了调整,更敏捷,他们的行为不同的动态问题。因此,实现仪器的测量有助于增加人的幸福感在工业场所。因此,工人的健康不妥协在张成的整个职业生涯。
